EP Studios, Inc. develops and distributes software applications for Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows. This Privacy Policy applies to applications published by EP Studios, Inc. through the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, Microsoft Store, and other distribution channels, unless a particular application provides a separate privacy policy.

Information Collection and Use

EP Studios applications do not require users to create an account unless specifically stated otherwise. EP Studios, Inc. does not directly collect, store, sell, or maintain personal information about users through its applications except where specifically disclosed within an application or in this Privacy Policy.

The platforms through which our applications are distributed, including Google Play, the Apple App Store, and the Microsoft Store, and services provided by Google, Apple, or Microsoft may collect certain technical, diagnostic, crash, usage, transaction, or analytics information. Such information is collected and processed by those companies in accordance with their respective privacy policies and terms.

EP Studios does not independently operate advertising, tracking, analytics, or crash-reporting services within its applications unless specifically disclosed for a particular application.

Data Deletion

Because EP Studios, Inc. does not maintain user accounts or a database of personal information collected through its applications, there ordinarily is no user data maintained by EP Studios, Inc. for us to delete. If you believe that EP Studios, Inc. possesses personal information relating to you, or if you wish to request deletion of any such information, you may contact us at mannd@epstudiossoftware.com. Please identify the EP Studios application concerned in your request. We will review the request and delete any personal information that we maintain about you unless retention is required by law.

Diagnostic and Analytics Data

Google, Apple or Microsoft may collect diagnostic, crash, device, and usage information when applications from EP Studios are used. This information is collected and processed by those third parties through their platform services. EP Studios does not independently collect this information through its applications or operate a separate crash-reporting or analytics system.

The EP Studios applications may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party sites or services.

Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do the necessary actions.
