We will keep previous news items here.
2025-11-14 We’ve added two WPW accessory pathway location algorithms to EP Mobile, the EASY-WPW and the SMART-WPW algorithms. This was made possible by a new app that is in the works, EP Designer. This new app (for macOS) makes it easy to create decision tree algorithms and save them to JSON files that then can be used in EP Mobile without additional coding. In the long run this will make adding new algorithms easier, and it will also allow us to modernize the old algorithm code in the app. Right now EP Designer is just for internal use, but eventually it might have some interest to algorithm and risk score developers, as a means to write and test new algorithms and risk scores.
2025-10-03. We are still rolling out updates to the Apple versions of the apps to support iOS 26 and the new Liquid Glass UI. It turns out there are some incompatibilities between some old UIKit functions and Liquid Glass, but we’re working through them. So far, we’ve submitted updates to EP Mobile and EP Calipers for review to the Apple App Store. Once these updates are complete and all the apps have their shiny new translucent buttons, we’ll be returning to work on incorporating new algorithms into EP Mobile.
2025-08-20. We are currently working on updating the Apple apps to support iOS 26, making sure the Liquid Glass doesn’t shatter in any of them. At the same time, we are simplifying the code that performs algorithms like the Arruda algorithm. People have requested adding new algorithms to the app, and this new code should will make it easier to add these algorithms. Hopefully all this will be ready by the time iOS 26 is formally released.

MorbidMeter for Apple Watch has been updated to support the latest versions of WatchOS. Get it here.
EP Coding is no longer available. See why.
EP Calipers 3 for Windows is now available for Windows on Arm. Although the x64 version will work on Windows on Arm via emulation, the new arm64 version runs natively and will have optimal performance on the latest Windows on Arm machines. See this blog post about the new version. Go to the EP Calipers page for more information.
